You'll build backend and infrastructure systems in Rust, working on real problems in concurrency, distributed systems, and production reliability at scale. • Design and build high-performance backend services in Rust.
• Work on distributed systems handling real-world scale and low-latency workloads.
• Shape architecture, concurrency models, and infrastructure design.
• Own services end-to-end: observability, debugging, incident response, and reliability.
• Collaborate across backend, mobile, and platform engineering teams.
• Evolve shared systems used across multiple platforms and clients.
What We're Looking For
• A strong backend or infrastructure engineering background.
• Production experience with Rust — *or* deep low-level systems experience in C++, C, or OCaml with a clear path to Rust.
• A solid grasp of concurrency, distributed systems, and performance-sensitive applications.
• Experience operating large-scale systems in production.
• A track record of taking ownership well beyond implementation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving instincts.
• Genuine interest in architecture, scalability, and reliability engineering.
